Social Lab
A Social-Emotional Skills Group for Teens
High-school teenagers will develop social and emotional skillfulness in a supportive environment. We’ll practice setting intentions and following through, as well as giving/receiving feedback. There is room for creativity, play, cooking, and community outings in this group.

Dates: Group meets weekly on Thursdays. New members will be allowed to join every 6 weeks.
Time: 4:30-5:45pm
Location: Boulder, CO
Cost: $270 for each 6-week segment.

Graduations & Transitions
Support Groups for 5th, 8th and 12th graders
Is your child graduating this year? Prepare them for their next steps with a group! Through team-building and self-reflection activities, participants will explore their hopes & fears; strengths & growth points; and, envision their next steps.
By exploring and expressing themselves, and learning from others, participants will be better equipped to self-advocate and form new relationships in their new school.
These groups are for all kids with an upcoming graduating--everyone is welcome from those who are nervous, excited, indifferent, feeling bold or ready!

Dates:
Group meets for 5 Sundays on 4/16, 4/23, 4/30, 5/7 and 5/14.
Time:
5th graders: 9-10:30am
12th graders: 11am-12:30pm
8th graders: 1-2:30pm

New Beginnings
Support Groups for the New School Year

Is your child starting at a new school? Or preparing for their final year of high school? Prepare them for their next steps with a group! Through team-building and self-reflection activities, participants will explore their hopes & fears; strengths & growth points; and, envision their next steps.
By exploring and expressing themselves, and learning from others, participants will be better equipped to self-advocate and form new relationships.
These groups are for all teens regardless if they feel nervous, excited, indifferent, bold or ready!
